Shilparamam is just like a craft village and includes water falls, lovely rocks and gorgeous rocks. It is placed 14 km from Hyderabad. Shilparamam spreads over 50 acres area of land and surrounded by a mini lake. It is a combination of arts and crafts. This gives an idea of old traditions and old skills. It is like a home for thousands of visiting artists, performing artists consider it as a temple and for art and lake lovers it gives a breadth of fresh air. This showcase of arts contains wonders on stones, many arts on wood, different potters, wheels, magic in fabric and different art and crafts from different cultures. It is just like a heaven for art and craft loving people.

There are many cottages in this center stage of culture. Some cottages are used as classrooms where teaching about art and craft is given. Also there are many trees are there. In the middle of Shilparamam, an amphi theatre is placed to perform Bharata Natyam, Bhangra, English plays or any other music concerts. In March 2000, a living rock gallery is added in Shilparamam and named as Prakarti Raga is the newest addition. In this gallery the artists show their art to the whole word with the help of living rocks. In the first two weeks of March every year, a internationally famous “Annual Crafts Festival” is being held. In this festival, artists from all over the country participate and show their art skills.
